EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY:
Thailicious Southlake is requesting a variance to the Southlake Town Square
Block 10 sign regulations to allow a roof sign that exceeds maximum allowed sign
area. The property is located in Southlake Town Square at 35 N. Carroll Avenue,
Southlake, Texas.
REQUEST
DETAILS:
Thailicious is requesting a variance from the Southlake Town Square Block 10
sign regulations to allow a roof sign that exceeds the maximum allowed area of
thirty (30) square feet. More specifically, the applicant is requesting to re-use the
panel and structure that was previously used by Daddy Jack’s Lobster & Chowder
House. Daddy Jack’s received a variance approval for a total sign area of
approximately sixty (60) square feet in October of 2012.
