Ordinance 480- Structured parking zone requires garages to be positioned along

This creates a screen between office buildings and residential properties

Garage façade articulation will be compatible with the Building architectural

A 30 ft. setback (buffer) is required between the property line and garage- we are
more than doubling that distance
Buffer ranges from 60ft. at South end of garage to over 100ft. at North end
Increasing preservation of existing trees and natural setting-
55 trees being preserved
vs. 18 trees required in this area
Per P&Z approval, an additional 57 new trees will be added at gaps in buffer zone to
enhance shield

height is established by a R.P.S. (Residential Proximity Setback) factor- we
are below the height limitation
