The property is located at 1928 Brumlow Avenue. 2 The future land use is Mixed Use. 3 Colleyville The current zoning is I-1 Light Industrial District. 4 Colleyville Southlake Southlake This is an aerial view of the site. 5 Approved Site Plan (Za13-072) This is the current site plan for the property approved in 2013 with additional buildings located in the rear of the property. 6 proposed Site Plan (Za16-018) This is the proposed site plan showing the location of the proposed two 2-story additions to Building B which contains the office and storage in the rear. The proposed two story additions will be located on the east side of Building B and fronting on Brumlow Avenue. The current floor area of Building B is 5,490 sq. ft. and the proposed additions total 677 sq. ft. for a total area of 6,167 sq. ft. No additional parking will be required with this site plan. 7 PROPOSED BUILDING B ADDITION ELEVATIONS Addition Floor Plan East Elevation North Elevation Office Storage The Building B additions will provide an updated exterior for the existing building. The two 2-story glass store-front additions will have stucco masonry surround and will be used by the office for office storage. The stucco finish will match the existing building. 8 PROPOSED BUILDING B FRONT FACADE RENDERING Stucco Stucco This is a rendering of the front façade with the stucco and glass on the proposed additions. 9 LANDSCAPE PLAN The existing shrubs will be removed and new shrubs will be installed in front of the new additions.
