This is the proposed site plan showing the location of the proposed two 2-story additions to Building B which contains the office and storage in the rear. The proposed two story additions
will be located on the east side of Building B and fronting on Brumlow Avenue. The current floor area of Building B is 5,490 sq. ft. and the proposed additions total 677 sq. ft. for
a total area of 6,167 sq. ft. No additional parking will be required with this site plan.

Office Storage
The Building B additions will provide an updated exterior for the existing building. The two 2-story glass store-front additions will have stucco masonry surround and will be used by
the office for office storage. The stucco finish will match the existing building.

The existing shrubs will be removed and new shrubs will be installed in front of the new additions. No trees will be removed with this expansion.
