Request: Approval of a Variance to Plat Expiration to extend the validity of the Plat Revision for Lots 25R-1A, 25R-1B and 25R-1C, Block 1, Woodland Heights Addition Location: 1901 E. Southlake Blvd. ZA14-154   2 Aerial View 3 Plat Revision Here is the Plat Revision that was approved by City Council on February 17, 2015. The lot numbers have been revised to match the City’s numbering format. 4 The expiration date of the plat was February 17, 2016. If the variance is approved, the validity of the plat will be extended for a period of six (6) months from the date of variance approval (April 5, 2016) to October 5, 2016. Variance to Plat Expiration   Section 4.01(I) states that a Plat Revision which has not been recorded in the County Plat Records within one year of the date of approval shall expire. The Plat Revision was approved by the City Council on February 17, 2015. The Plat has not been recorded due to the length of time that was required to construct the utilities. The utilities have been accepted by the City and the plat is ready to file pending approval of a variance to the plat expiration.   The expiration date of the plat was February 17, 2016. If the variance is approved, the validity of the plat will be extended for a period of six (6) months from the date of variance approval on April 5, 2016 to October 5, 2016.   5 Questions?
