FORUM SUMMARY
Property Situation:
2100 Greenwood Drive
Development Details:
Requesting a Specific Use Permit
The applicant mentioned their intentions for moving forward would be to enhance the
building, property, grounds, with a number of aesthetic upgrades
The applicant noted that PEBL partnership has five (5) other properties throughout
Texas, which are maintained to the highest level
The applicant said the tenant is Southlake Motorcars, a highline luxury automotive re-
seller that focuses its business primary in the online sector. Southlake Motorcars bracket
of car sales can be anywhere from $75,000 to $1,000,000 or even a little bit more
The applicant mentioned that nearly 8 out of every 10, almost 9 out of every 10 cars are
sold online and out-of-state so the traffic through Southlake Motorcars at this location
would be very minimal, would really not see a lot of traffic that would come in and out.
Most of the sales and viewings are done by appointment, but that is only 10% of the
business.
The applicant said that the intent is to use the facility to house the cars where they are
kept out of high-flow traffic, out of weather, and out of harm’s way.
