Pearson Lane 2 Aerial View 3 Variance Request *Both sign types are exempt from the requirement of a sign permit. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow two land signs on a residentially zoned and platted lot. Residentially zoned and platted lots are generally permitted to have one residential real estate sign (sign type exempt from the requirement of a sign permit).
