This is an aerial of the site. The location of the additional temporary construction facility is along Reserve Street. There is currently an existing 14’ x 60’ (840 square foot) construction
trailer to the south of the proposed location.

The applicant has proposed this site logistics plan. The view on the right is a close-up of the proposed location for the second temporary construction trailer. The applicant is proposing
a second 14’ x 60’ (840 square foot) construction trailer.
The applicant has stated that the trailer will be added in the location shown on the site plan once the construction of Division
Street is completed and Ridgemont takes over Reserve Street to complete the work set forth.

This is a photo of the existing construction facility at the site. The additional temporary construction facility is proposed to be the same dimensions as what exists today.

The applicant has
requested to not provide “foundation landscape plantings” as identified in item (C)

Approved (5-0) subject to Staff Report dated February 12, 2016, also subject to the Specific Use Permit Review Summary No. 1 dated February 12, 2016, specifically noting that the SUP
is extended through 30 days following the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, specifically approving the variance requested as it relates to shrubbery around the facility.

Section 34.1 – Accessory Uses
This is the language from Section 34.1 – Accessory Uses. This language provides details regarding temporary construction facilities. Under this section of the zoning ordinance the applicant
may have “One” temporary construction facility. The applicant is requesting a Specific Use Permit in order to have a second temporary facility.
