Kimball Ave ZA14-049   2 Aerial View 3 Preliminary Plat Here is the preliminary plat that was approved by Council on March 4, 2014. 4 Final Plat Here is the final plat that was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 8, 2014. 5 The applicant is requesting that the validity of Case No. ZA14-049, Final Plat for Kimball Park, be extended to June 16, 2016. Variance to Plat Expiration   Section 4.01(I) states that a Final Plat which has not been recorded in the County Plat Records within one year of the date of approval shall expire. The Final Plat for Kimball Park was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on May 8, 2014. The has not been recorded due to reapproval of the Cambria Hotel and Suites zoning and site plan and the site plan approval for The Offices at Kimball Park and has thus expired. A previous variance to plat expiration was granted on June 16, 2015 to extend the validity of the plat to December 9, 2015. The plat was not recorded by that date and it has expired again. The applicant is requesting that the validity of Case No. ZA14-049, Final Plat for Kimball Park, be extended for an additional six months to June 16, 2016. 6 Questions? 7
