1. Call to Order. Video Introduction of SPIN Program by Southlake Mayor Laura Hill and
Meeting Ground Rules.
2. SPIN2016-08 - SPIN #8 - An applicant would like to propose a two-story storage facility
located at 2060 E. Continental Boulevard.
3. SPIN2016-09 - The City of Southlake would like to propose the 2015 International
Building, Fire, Residential, Energy, Plumbing, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes to
include recommended regional amendments by the North Central Texas Council of
Governments for adoption.
4. Adjourn
A quorum of the City Council, Community Engagement Committee or the Planning and Zoning
Commission may or may not be present.
