A zoning change and site plan for Kirkwood Crossing from “AG” Agricultural District to “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District to develop two one-story office buildings on approximately 0.89 acres was approved November 4, 2014. The property will be platted as one lot until Phase II is developed.
