Annual renewal of an agreement with Tyler Technologies for support & maintenance pertaining to the business critical application Munis for Finance, HR, Public Works, and Citizen Self

This annual renewal for the Munis ERP system is required to continue to upgrade the product and receive support from Tyler Technologies.
This support is especially crucial in the
Payroll area where they are required to update W-2 information for annual processing.

Cost Breakdown
Council approved an FY2016 budgeted amount of $86,492 for Munis maintenance & support (General Fund).
This is a 5% increase in licensing cost of the application.
The requested amount of $86,492 represents a 5% increase over FY2015 due to increased maintenance costs.
