This enables IT to provide consistent, quality video productions, the City Secretary to ensure historical records preservation, and the Economic Development Department to address their 2030 master plan by updating the City’s Destination Video. 2 High Level Description Video Services: Production / Recording for Meetings Media Conversion (long term history) Developing a focused message Jason Tamplin is a crucial resource in our video production operations has been delivering quality video services with the City for 10 years. He applies his expertise in many areas including producing meetings for City Council, P&Z, SPIN, and Parks and media conversions for the City Secretary’s Office to ensure long-term history of legacy meetings. Leveraging his capabilities and commitment to excellence, the Economic Development and Tourism department will work with Jason to update the Southlake Texas Travel Destination Video, a 2030 strategic component. 3 Cost Breakdown The total amount requested is $68,500 Meeting production $40,000 Media conversion $10,000 Destination Video $18,500 This is within the FY2016 approved budget The requested in-budget amount for Jason’s video services is $68,500 Meeting production is $40,000 Media production is $10,000 And the Destination video project is $18,500 4 Thank you.
