PROJECT:Sign Variance for The Juice Bar
EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY:
Artografx on behalf of The Juice Bar is requesting approval of a variance to the
Master Sign Plan for Park Village, to allow an attached sign that exceeds
maximum allowed letter height located at 1161 E. Southlake Boulevard, Suite
284, Southlake, Texas.
REQUEST
DETAILS:
The applicant is proposing one attached sign above their store entrance which
is located on the south side of Building ‘O’. The Master Sign Plan for Park
Village allows a maximum letter height of 18 inches at that location. Due to the
type of script proposed for the sign, the ‘J’ in ‘Juice’ is proposed at a height of
39 inches; all other letters are proposed at a height of approximately 18 inches.
On January 7, 2016, the Sign Board unanimously recommended approval of
the request subject to the staff report and as presented.

Gloria’s Latin Cuisine to allow signage with unique illumination and tag
