as Tract 4G, Absolom H. Chivers Survey, Abstract No. 299, City of Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas and located at 1200 N. Carroll Ave., Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.

REQUEST
DETAILS:
A Plat Showing which has not been recorded in the County Plat Records within one
year of the date of approval shall expire. The Plat Showing for Lot 12, A.H. Chivers No.

1974 (Source: City building permit).
- A Zoning Change and Site Plan (ZA14-119) from “AG” Agricultural District to
“S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District to develop two one-story office buildings on
approximately 0.89 acres was approved November 4, 2014.
- A Plat Showing for Lot 12, A.H. Chivers No. 299 Addition was approved by
City staff on January 26, 2015.
