Development Details:
Applicant mentioned that last October the lot east of existing officewas purchasedwith
the idea of at some point being able to increase the space of the office to be more
efficient with patient care.
Applicant noted that the proposed expansion will keep the feel of the existing office, like
a little house in the woodsand the landscaping will be much like what it is now.
Applicant mentioned they plan on placing the parking on the east lot, which will be
dictated by City requirements
Applicant plans to save trees and mentioned they only haveto remove about 6 trees.
