Request: Approval of a Plat Extension for the Plat Revision of Lot 1R, Block B, MTP-IBM Addition No. 1 Location: 1 E. Kirkwood Boulevard Half and Associates is requesting approval of this plat extension for the property located at 1 E. Kirkwood Boulevard. 2 APPROVED SITE PLAN A zoning change and site plan was approved for the Solana site in December of 2013. The site plan included additional parking around the perimeter of the Solana site and the increase in height of the proposed parking structure from 4 levels to 5. 3 Plat revision This is the plat revision that was approved December 19, 2015 with the Zoning Change and Site Plan. The purpose of the Plat Revision is to relocate and add easements throughout the site. 4 The Plat Revision was approved by the City Council on December 19, 2013. The original expiration of the Plat Revision was one year from the date of approval, which was December 19, 2014. A one-year plat extension was approved November 18, 2014 to extend the expiration date to December 19, 2015. If the requested extension is approved by City Council, the expiration date will be extended to December 19, 2016. ZA13-024 The plat revision was approved by City Council December 19, 2013. The subdivision ordinance requires that plat revisions and final plats be filed within one year of their approval date. The original plat expiration date was December 19, 2014. A one year plat extension was approved by City Council on November 18, 2014 to extend the expiration date of the plat until December 19, 2015. The applicant is in the process of getting the signatures of all the utility companies on the plat in order to relocate and abandon some utility easements on the plat, so an additional extension of one year is requested. If the City Council grants approval of the plat extension, the expiration date will be extended to December 19, 2016. 5 Item 4C Questions? 6
