Sobocinski (Southlake Board Appointee), Councilmember Shahid Shafi (Southlake), Kara Clubb (Southlake
Board Appointee), Linda Barton (Colleyville Board Appointee), Rich Hendler(Colleyville Board Appointee),
Councilmember Mike Taylor (Colleyville), Marjorie Lewis (Grapevine Board Appointee), Councilmember
Debbie Bryan (Keller), Chris Henz (Keller Board Appointee), Crystal Shafer(Keller Board Appointee)
Absent: Councilmember Darlene Freed (Grapevine), Traci Hutton (Grapevine Board Appointee)
REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to order at 5:50 p.m. by Sandy Sobocinski
REPORTS:
2. Administrative Comments (Staff): Introduction of New Board Members
Teen Court Update—Councilmember Mike Taylor asked that two
additional slides with board/judge information and teen court information be added. Board members requested
total number of citations compared to teen court referrals for each city. Staff will update with information.
CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of Minutes from September 14, 2015
3. Motion by Kara Clubb, Second by Councilmember Shahid Shafi— approval of amended minutes
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Consider: Election of Officers (President and Vice President)
Kara Clubb made the motion to keep Sandy Sobocinski as President and Marjorie Lewis as Vice President.
Second by Councilmember Debbie Bryan —unanimous vote by remaining board members.
5. Consider: Meeting Dates for 2016
Sandy Sobocinski made the motion to accept dates as presented by staff. Second by Councilmember Debbie
Bryan—unanimous vote by remaining members. Staff will send meeting invitations within the week.
