Item 4K Permanent Drainage Easement Abandonment Item 4K 1 Ordinance No. 1131, 1st Reading, Adopt ordinance to abandon a permanent drainage easement as recorded in instrument D213130362 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, situated in the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract No. 899, in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as the Zelda Office Development. (If approved, the public hearing will be held November 17, 2015.) Requested Action 2 Location Map Approximate Easement Location 801 E Southlake Boulevard east of the pecan creek office development. 3 Recorded Easement Easement to be Abandoned The drainage easement to be abandoned is 0.25 acres and was to be used as a detention pond. The applicant has provided a signed and sealed letter from a registered professional engineering in the State of Texas which provides the justification for this site to forgo the detention requirement. The applicant is currently constructing a second phase to the Zelda Office development and the second building is located in the vicinity of the drainage easement.
