to be Abandoned
The drainage easement to be abandoned is 0.25 acres and was to be used as a detention pond. The applicant has provided a signed and sealed letter from a registered professional engineering
in the State of Texas which provides the justification for this site to forgo the detention requirement. The applicant is currently constructing a second phase to the Zelda Office development
and the second building is located in the vicinity of the drainage easement. The impact of this development to the overall watershed is minimal.
