The 2015-2016 Interlocal Agreement, (attached) outlines the METROPORT Teen Court Program. This agreement also outlines the development of the METROPORT Teen court Advisory Board and the roles and responsibilities of each of their members. The agreement also authorizes the City of Southlake to employ a full- time Teen Court Coordinator, provide office space for him/her and collect revenues from the other participating Cities in order to maintain the program. Financial Considerations: The City's participation in the cost of the Teen Court program is $36,750 as approved by the City Council in the adopted budget.
