Dear Ken:
Thanks for your consideration of Mainstreet's proposed Transitional Care Center to be located on 5.6798
acres of land commonly known as Lot 2, Block 1, Bonola Family Addition, in the City of Southlake,
Tarrant County, Texas. We continue to focus on addressing our neighbors concerns and opinions related
to the proposed development and we continue to make good faith efforts to improve our plan per the Plan
Commission's feedback.
To that end, we are studying our requested variances in an attempt to mitigate them. In the interest of
satisfying these important stakeholders we request that our case — Number ZA15-072 -- heard on October
S, 2015 be remanded back to the October 22, 2015 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. It is our
understanding that this request can be made at the October 20, 2015 Southlake City Council Meeting,
which we plan to attend.
