FORUM SUMMARY

Development Details:
Zoe’s Kitchen is requesting a zoning change and site plan (Case No. ZA15-101)
Requesting to update awnings on the north and west elevations
Presenter noted the visibility of the site is compromised because of the landscaping that
is currently there, which is one of the reasons they are requesting the update to the
awnings
Presenter mentioned that in 2012 City Council made the decision to keep to three colors
within the development (blue, grey, red)
Presenter noted that recently the Zoe’s Kitchen stripes were trademarked
Presenter mentioned that the stripes represent fresh food, Mediterranean inspired
