Development Details:
Miron Grove Business Park was first established in 1992; the S-P-2 with O-1 zoning and
site plan for Phase I was approved in 2006.
The proposed site plan for Phase II is consistent with the previously approved concept
plan and consists of professional and medical offices.
Phase II consists of six (6) office buildings totaling approximately 23,728 square feet on
2.7 acres.
Phase II will be consistent in the architecture style and landscaping as in Phase I.
The request is scheduled to be heard by the Planning & Zoning Commission on August
20, 2015 and City Council September 1, 2015.
