1. CALL TO ORDER
Amy Bennett called the meeting to order at 4:22pm.
2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE September 2, 2015 SOUTHLAKE
YOUTH ACTION COMMISSION.
There were no corrections made to the minutes.
APPROVED
A motion was made to accept the minutes of the September 2, 2015 meeting as
presented.

Ayes: Natalie March, Sabrina March, Beatriz de la Rea
Nays: None
Abstention: Devin Zavasky
Vote: 5-0
Motion Carried.
3. VOTE ON OFFICERS
The following members were elected as officers Sarah Friske as Chair, Natalie
March as Vice Chair, Sabrina March as Secretary, and Beatriz de la Rea as High
School Representative based on the meetings nominations and speeches.

4. DISCUSSION
4A. Discussed possible service projects in greater detail. Vice Chair March will
bring more information about Mission Arlington and Chair Friske will bring more
information about writing letters to troops to the next meeting. Members would
like to volunteer at Monster Mash again.
413. Developed T-shirt design, Liaison Bennett will bring a mock-up to the next
meeting
4C. Members mentioned that they would like more information about Economic
Development and how certain vendors are brought to the City.
4. CONSIDER — There were no items to consider.
5. ADJOURNMENT
