On August 18, 2015, Staff confirmed at the City Council Meeting
that proposed alternatives were not equivalent to average costs
associated with a standard sidewalk. A sidewalk crossing at Dove
Creek would not be feasible to the Developer. Public Works to
consider the sidewalk improvements under a CIP project.

In lieu of installing an 8' wide multi -use walking trail across
Dove Creek, the Developer has agreed to extend the walking trail
to the west along S.H. 114 and connect to the existing walking
trail along Children's Medical Center. Refer to the following site
