AERIAL VIEW
SH 114
Parking garage under construction
This is an aerial view of the Solana campus, This building was built in the 1980’s and was set up for a single occupier (IBM). The building is now being marketed as a multi-tenant
building. As such the purpose of the master sign plan is to create a new signage system that will allow vehicular drivers and pedestrians to move more easily toward their intended destination.
Also, as Council is aware, the Solana campus is in two jurisdictions (Westlake and Southlake) and the property owner wants continuity between the two cities as it relates to wayfinding
a signage. Westlake has approved a very similar sign package.
