Variance Request
One variance request is to reduce the minimum required set back on Southlake Blvd. from 12 ft. to 1 ft. using the same monument sign base that currently exists from the previous location.
Additionally, the applicant is requesting to reduce the minimum 10 ft. required setback from Miron Drive to 1 foot from the property line for the existing monument sign base.
