Southlake Boulevard. 2 The aerial shows the property location. 3 Variance Request One variance request is to reduce the minimum required set back on Southlake Blvd. from 12 ft. to 1 ft. using the same monument sign base that currently exists from the previous location. Additionally, the applicant is requesting to reduce the minimum 10 ft. required setback from Miron Drive to 1 foot from the property line for the existing monument sign base. 4 Site Plan Existing Monument sign location This is the location of the existing monument sign and proposed monument sign. 5 Proposed Sign Existing Building Materials This is the proposed monument sign.
