REGULAR AGENDA
1. Meeting called to order by Craig Rothmeier at 5:30
2. Approve June 3rd 2015 Meeting minutes. Ben Siebach made a motion to
approve. Second made by Randy Robbins. Item approved 5-0-1 (Sherry Berman
abstained).

3. Discuss Development Town Hall Forum. Ben Thatcher presented the plans for
the upcoming forum including the panel speakers and forum layout. A suggestion
was made to invite a local developer to speak in lieu of NCTCOG. Ben Thatcher
agreed to seek out a developer to participate.
4. Discuss 2015 Project prioritization. Ben Thatcher distributed a summary of all the
Committee's work plan initiatives categorized by sub-committee responsibility.
The group re-established sub committees, and agreed to begin working on their
assigned items.
5. Discuss Meet the Mayor event schedule. Chairman Rothmeier explained how
each event is scheduled 30 days out.
6. Discuss Southlake Kids Interested in Leadership (SKIL). Chairman Rothmeier
provided a status update on the Mayor's SKIL initiative.
7. Discuss SPIN Meeting Management (introduction Video). Chairman Rothmeier
briefly discussed the new video resource that the Mayor provided for SPIN
meetings.
8. Discuss Citizen Survey process. Ben Thatcher gave a quick update on how the
committee will be assisting the City Manager's Office with testing the upcoming
Citizens Survey.
9. Discuss CEC focus group initiative. Ben Thatcher handed out a draft document
outlining the use of CEC as a focus group and asked that the committee email
him any feedback.
10.Discuss future agenda items. No items brought forward.
11.Adjournment. Craig adjourned the meeting at 6:35PM
