The Joint City Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Hill at 7:26 p.m.

2. DISCUSSION
A. Southlake Parks Development Corporation Financial Update.
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson gave a general overview along with capital costs
and operational expenses. Mrs. Jackson was available to answer questions from the
Council and Boards.
3. DISCUSSION
B. Southlake 2030: Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Facilities Master Plan.
Senior Director of Planning and Development Services Ken Baker presented an update
on the Southlake Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Community Facilities Master
Plan. Director Baker was available to answer questions from the Council and Boards.
4. DISCUSSION
C. Capital Improvement Project priorities (FY 2016 - FY 2020).
Director of Community Services Chris Tribble introduced and discussed the Capital
Improvement Project priorities for FY 2016 — FY 2020. Director Tribble was available to
answer questions from the Council and Boards.
5. DISCUSSION
D. The Marq Southlake.
Assistant City Manager Ben Thatcher gave a status report on The Marq Southlake. Mr.
Thatcher was available to answer questions from the Council and Boards.
6. MEETING ADJOURNED
Mayor Hill adjourned the joint meeting at 9:11 p.m.

meeting of the Southlake Parks Development Corporation and Parks and Recreation
Board to order at 9:21 p.m.

Director of Community Services Chris Tribble presented item and was available to
answer questions form the boards. Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson was also
available to answer questions from the boards.
President Williamson opened the public hearing. There being no one wishing to speak,
President Williamson closed the public hearing.

recommendation on proposed FY 2016 SPDC Operating Budget.

IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND FY 2016 SPDC CAPITAL BUDGET. PUBLIC

Director of Community Services Chris Tribble presented item and was available to
answer questions form the boards. Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson was also
available to answer questions from the boards.
President Williamson opened the public hearing. There being no one wishing to speak,
President Williamson closed the public hearing.
A motion was made by the Parks and Recreation Board to approve the
recommendation on proposed FY 2016-2020 SPDC Capital Improvement Program and
FY 2016 SPDC Capital Budget as presented with an amendment to move $116,529
from the prior year's budget for Safety Town to Bicentennial Park Phase 3 with a
recommendation from staff on how best to allocate those funds.

recommendation on proposed FY 2016-2020 SPDC Capital Improvement Program and

from the prior year's budget for Safety Town to Bicentennial Park Phase 3.
