10. Consider: Ordinance No. 480 -SSSS, an amendment to the City's Zoning
Ordinance No. 480, as amended, to set the maximum permitted floor area of a
single tenant space located in the C-3 General Commercial district (Section 22)
at 60,000 square feet and add language to the Specific Use Permits section
(Section 45) that allows for application of a Specific Use Permit in order to
exceed 60,000 square feet.
