August 4, 2015
Location: Council Chambers, 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas.
Members present: Chairman Brandon Bledsoe, Vice Chairman Gary Fawks, and
members: Rebecca Barksdale, Laura Hill, John Huffman, Shawn McCaskill, Mark
McClendon, Shahid Shafi, and Randy Williamson.
Members absent: Scott Rule, Read Ballew, and Robb Welch.
Staff present: Assistant City Manager Alison Ortowski, Assistant to the City Manager
Daniel Cortez, Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson, Director of Human Resources
Stacey Black, Director of Information Technology Greg Hendricks, Marketing and
Tourism Manager Jill Lind, and Deputy City Secretary Traci Henderson.
1. Call to order.
Chairman Bledsoe called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
2. Approval of the minutes from the December 2, 2014 Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone Number One Board of Directors meeting.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the December 2, 2014 Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone Number One Board of Directors meeting.

3. Proposed Fiscal Year 2016 Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One
Budget Overview and Revised Budget Figures for Fiscal Year 2015.
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson presented information and was available to
answer questions from Board. No action was taken.
4. Southlake Town Square Project Status Update.
Southlake Town Square representative, Frank Bliss, 1008 Quail Run, Southlake, Texas
updated the Board on projects and plans for Southlake Town Square. David Ayer, with
RPAI, also gave a brief operational report. No action was taken.

There being no further business to discuss, Chairman Bledsoe adjourned the meeting at
