The applicant is requesting that the validity of Case No. ZA14-072, Final Plat for Union Church Estates, be extended for an additional 60 days. If approved, the new expiration date would
be September 17, 2015.
Variance to Plat Expiration
Section 4.01(I) states that a Final Plat which has not been recorded in the County Plat Records within one year of the date of approval shall expire. The Final Plat for Kimball Park
was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on May 8, 2014. The has not been recorded due to reapproval of the Cambria Hotel and Suites zoning and site plan and has thus expired.
The plat should be recorded within the next 90 days.
The applicant is requesting that the validity of Case No. ZA14-049, Final Plat for Kimball Park, be extended for an additional
six months. If approved, the new expiration date for the Final Plat for Kimball Park would be December 9, 2015.
