The current T-connection at the intersection of N. Pearson Road and Johnson Road splits the flow into two directions causing the pumps at the Pearson tanks to work harder. The proposed T-connection at the intersection of Johnson Road and Harrell Drive will supply additional capacity into the 12-inch waterline in Johnson Road and therefore reduce the amount of work generated by the pumps at the Pearson pump station. Additionally, this added line will allow the elevated storage tank on Florence Road to fill quicker during low peak times. 4 Scope of services Design of 16-inch waterline Construction Plan Preparation Bid Phase Services Construction Administration Services The engineering services agreement will include the following services: 5 Contract amount The engineering services agreement with Dunaway Associates is for an amount of $69 thousand 813 dollars. 6 Financial consideration 2030 Plan Tier 1 Project Water Impact Fee Fund $69,813 This project is a 2030 Plan Tier 1 project.
