ORDINANCE NO. 531
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING
ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTS; REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 521; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS,
THAT:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 521 of the City of Southlake is
hereby repealed, and as provided by Section 4.01 of the Charter of
the City of Southlake, the City Council hereby establishes the
following administrative departments: Department of General
Government, to be headed by the City Manager; Department of Public
Safety, to be headed by the Director of Public Safety; Department
of Public Works, to be headed by the Director of Public Works;
Department of Finance, to be headed by the Director of Finance.
Section 2. That the Administrative
Divisions thereof shall be reflected in
Budget of the City of Southlake.

Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval by the City Council.
