ANNEXING THE ~EREINAFTER DESCRIBED TERRITORY INTO THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AND EXTENDING THE
BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE SAID
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY WITHIN THE SAID CITY LIMITS;
GRANTING TO ALL THE INHABITANTS OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE
RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID
INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS, ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS AND
REGULATIONS OF SAID CITY, ESTABLISEING A ZONING DISTRICT
FOR SUCH TERRITORY; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, an application and request for annexation has been made
by the owner of the following described property, which owner is a
corporation duly operating within the State of Texas and is the owner
of the following described property, to-wit:

WHEREAS, K.J.B. INVESTMENTS, is the sole OWNER of a 19.9249 acre
tract of land situated in the T. J. THOMPSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO.
1502, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 8318, Page 964, of
the Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of a 23
acre tract of land as conveyed to L.B. White, et ux by deed recorded
in Volume 2075, Page 390, of the Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8" pipe in the East line of F.M. Highway
No. 1938 and being, according to deed, East a distance of

the above-described territory within the city limits of the City of
Southlake, and the same shall hereafter be included within the
territorial limits of said City, and the inhabitants thereof shall
hereafter be entitled to all rights and privileges of other citizens
of the City of Southlake, and they shall be bound by the acts,
ordinances, resolutions and regulations of said city.
SECTION TWO: The said tract, described in Section One above, is
hereby annexed into the City of Southlake, Texas, as zoning district
classification as "LI", "Light Industrial".
SECTION THREE: That, the official map and boundaries of the City
of Southlake, Texas, as heretofore adopted and amended, be and the
same is hereby amended so as to include the aforedescribed territory
as a part of the City of Southlake, Texas.
