0295ORDINANCE NO. 295 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY FOR THE CITY OF SOUTM- LAKE WATER SUPPLY AND MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM, ESTABLISHING A WATER USE PNOGRAM, PROVIDING FOR SCHEDULING OF WATER USE BY NECESSITY OF USE AND LOCATION OF USER, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF TMIS ORDINANCE, PROVIDING A SAV- INGS CLAUSE, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
