each year.

conslm~ption (regular ccnslmptico) per month. Beginning with the first
step, the regular general service rate less $ .25 per Mcf shall be applied
to all gas used in excess of 8,000 cubic feet. %hese amoLmts will be
combined to determine the total bill. A bill is also calculated by applying
the ~eneral service rate to the total consumption. ~e two bills are
compared and the lower of %he two is the amount billed to the custcmer.
Cc~rercial:

ncminal ton installed capacity frcm the following schedule:
July
August
September
October
- 8 ~CF per nominal ton installed capacity
- 9 MCF per nominal ton installed capacity
- 9 MCF per nominal ton installed capacity
- 8 MCF par nonlnal ton installed capacity
- 5 MCF par nominal ton installed capacity
~ne other way of determining the air conditioning MCF is to have a separate
meter that measures the air conditioning conslmption. In either case, the
air conditioning consumption cannot exceed 95% of the total consumption.
The regular general service rate shall apply bo gas consumed for all purposes
otJ]er ti]an for sunmer air conditioning. Beginning with the first step, the regular
general service rate less $ .25 per Mcr shall be applied to the air conditioning
consumption. ~hese ano~nks are conbined to determine the total bill. A bill is
also calculated by applying the regular general service rate~ the total
cons~tion. ~he two bills are compared and the lower of the two is the amo~t
billed to the customer.
PROMPT PAYMEAIC PFOVISION:
Any prat payment provision established for non-air conditioning period under
the general service rate for the n~r~ipality being billed is applicable.
The normal gss cost adjustment applicable in each town will be applied to the
