AN ORDINANCE ~NDING ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE
CI%~f OF SO~FHI2~, TF~YAS, BY REVIS/NG CERTAIN FEES
IMPOSED IN SECTION X AND ADDING OTHERS TO OFFSET
FILING COSTS.
NOW ~%~EREFORE, BE IT ORDA/NED BY THE CI%~f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
S~, TEYJIS:
Ordinance No. 161 passed by the said City Council on Janurary 7,
1969 and any subsequent amen~ents is hereby a~oended insofar as
Section X is concerned:
Revised Paragraphs
2. 5~e fee for processing a zoning change re~qu~ est ~hall
be $ 100.
4. The fee for processing an aDpeal to the Zoning Eoard
of Adjustments shall be $ 50.
II.
The said Ordinance 161, except as amended by this Ordinance 161-D
~]d all prior amendments, re~ains in effect in all respects as
orginally passed. This Ordinance is retroactive with regards to
fees imposed to those final plats and preliminary plats approved
by the Council at its regular meeting of 15 April 1980, as the
effected parties were informed at that meeting.
