NOW THI!REFORE, BE IT OI/I)A[NEI) BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOIITItLAKF, '['EXAS: Ordinance No. 160 passed by the said City Council on May 31,1979 ant[ filly subsequent amendments i s hereby amended insofar as Section 9 anti 26 are concerned: Reuised Paragraphs 9.15.c. All lots shall he no smaller than one acre in size. Minumum lot size may be larger if required by Zoning ~istrict, Comprehensive l,and Use Map, or if not served by a public or quasi public sewer system and deemed appropriate by the City Council of the City of Southlake. All lots to be served by a private or septic sewer system must have that system installed in accordance with applicable City Ordinances. Added Section SECTION 26 FEI!S The following fees shall be charged to offset City expenses relative to subdivision activities. 26.I 'lhe fee for filing a preliminary plat shall be $50. and $l. per lot. 26.2 Thc fee for Filing a final plat shall be $50. and $1. per lot. Additionally $]00. per lot shall he charged to cover utiltiy planning and engineering costs. These fees shall be paid prior to filing of the final plat with the County. Tim said Ordinance 16D, except as amended by this Ordinance 160-A-2 and all prior amendments, remains in effect in all respects as orginally passed. This Ordinance is retroactive with regards to fees imposed to those final plats and preliminary plats approved by the Council at its regular meeting of April 15, 198(I as the effected parties were informed at that meeting.
