AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ANNEalING TERRITORY
ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE/TOWN OF SOUTH-
LAKE, TEXAS: PROVIDING THAT SUCH AREA SHALL
BECOME A PART OF SAID TOWN AND THAT THE OWNERS
AND INHABITANTS THEREOF SHALL BE ENTITLED TO
ALL THE PRIVlL, EG~,~ OF THE OTHER CITIZENS OF
SAID TOWN, AND BE BOUND BY THE ACTS AND
ORDINANCES NQW IN,~FFECT AND TO BE HEREINAFTER
ADOPTED ;; ~UR~'H~'PROVIDING FOR AMENDING AND
CORRECTING THE OFFICIAL BOUNDARIES OF SAID
TOWN AS HERETOFORE ADOPTED AS ANIENDED, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the proviaions of the Acts of 1953, 53rd
Legislature, Page 357, Chapter 93. Codified as Article 974-G Revised
Civil Statutes of Texas, C. S. Sparger and wife, Elizabeth Sparger, owners
of the real property hereinafter described having made application as by
law provided to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas,
for annexation of a tract of land out of the Hall Medlin Survey in Tarrant
Co~mty, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Hall Medlin Survey in
the approximate center line of County Road 3099; THENCE East
with said approximate center line of County Road 3099, 349 feet
to a nail for corner; THENCE South one degree 29 minutes East
2691. 9 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 89 degrees
