favor of having the said area and the inhabitants thereof annexed
to and become a part of the City of Southlakss and

Southlake, Texas, said territory being situated in Tarrant County,

THAT the inhabitants of the territory herein annexed to the
City of Southlake, Texas, Shall be entitled to all the rights
and privileges of other citizens and bound by all the acts and
ordinances made in conformity thereto and passed and adopted in
pursuant to Title 28, Chapters 1 to 10 inclusive, Revised Civil
Ststutes of Texas.
3.
THE official map and boundaries of the City of 8outhlake,
Texas, to be corrected and amended so as to include the afore-
mentioned described territory as part of said City.
THIS ordinance shall become effective from and after its
passage and approval.
