BECOME A PART OF SAID TOWN AND THAT THE OWNERS
AND INHASITANT$ THEREOF $HALL RX ENTITLED TO
ALL THE PRIVILEGES OF THE OTHER CIT12ENS OF
SAID TOWN, AND BE ]SOUND BY THE ACTS AND
ORDINANCES NOW IN EFFECT AND TO BE HEREINAFTER
ADOPTED: FURTHER PROVIDM FOR, AMENDING AND
GORRECTING THE OFFICIAL BOUNDARIES or sAID
TOWN AS HERETOFORE ADOPTED AS AMENDED. AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Acts of 19 3, 3rd Legislature,
Magi 35't, Chapter 93, Codified as Article 9 74•G Revised Civil Statutes of Texas,
Pleasant Hilt Second Advent Christian Church, owners of the real property hereirn-
sfter described having made application as by law provided to the Mayor and Town
Council of the Tors of Soutblake, Texas, for annexation of a tract of land out of the
Hall Medlin Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, and berg part of that 100.8 acre tract
