(This is the public's opportunity to address the Alliance about agenda items and non -agenda items. During this
proceeding, the Alliance will not discuss, consider or take action on any item presented. We respectfully ask that anyone
stepping forward to speak during Public Forum to please limit remarks to three minutes or less.)
3. Consider:
a. Approve Minutes from the October 9, 2023, regular Alliance for Community
Engagement meeting.
b. Adopt Revised Bylaws to Conform to Ordinance 1228B.
c. Adopt Alliance for Community Engagement Community Participation, Southlake
Program for the Involvement of Neighborhoods, and Public Events Subcommittees
and Associated FY 2024 Work Plans.
d. Appoint Members and Chairs to the Alliance for Community Engagement Community
Participation, Southlake Program for the Involvement of Neighborhoods, and Public
Events Subcommittees to serve until October 14, 2024.
e. Adopt FY 2024 SPIN Host Calendar.
4. Reports:
a. Annual City of Southlake Communications Plan
5. Discuss:
a. Review Entertainment Options for Celebrate Southlake.
b. Review Neighborhood Grant Opportunities.
c. Review the 2023 Citizen Satisfaction Survey Results and the Next Steps for
Addressing Gaps.
6. Adjournment
A quorum of City Council, board, commission may or may not be present at this meeting.
