ZBA23-0017 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA23-0017 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Special Exception Use has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a , Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(1) for a domestic employee or family quarters and Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(6) for a reduction to the required setback for a residential accessory structure on property described as Lot 8 Lakewood Acres No. 2 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 500 Bent Wood Lane, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: “SF1-A” Single Family Residential District The purpose of this request is to seek approval to permit the renovation of the two existing accessory buildings that would increase the current non-conformity, and to permit a family quarters in one of the structures.
