Veerabathina, and Elisa O'Callaghan.
STAFF PRESENT:
Assistant to the City Manager Major Youngblood, Business Manager Madeline Prater,
and Director of Economic Development and Tourism Daniel Cortez.
CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: N/A
1. Call to Order. The Alliance for Community Engagement Vice Chair Renee Thomas
called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
2. Public Forum. Vice Chair Renee Thomas opened the public forum at 6:01 pm. Vice
Chair Renee Thomas closed the public forum at 6:02 pm.
3. Consent.
a) Approve Minutes from the June 12, 2023, regular Alliance for Community
Engagement meeting.
b) Excuse the absence of Mark Flores from the June 12, 2023, regular Alliance for
Community Engagement meeting.

questions from the board.
d. Southlake Neighborhood Program Update.
Assistant to the City Manager Major Youngblood presented Item 4D and
answered questions from the board.
