ZBA23-0020 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA23-0020 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Special Exception Use has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(6) for reduction of the required setback for a residential accessory structure on a property described as Lot 29, Block 9, Carillon Lakes Phase 5A, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 901 La Salle Lane, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: “ECZ” Employment Center Zoning District. The purpose of this request is for a small encroachment of the overhang to remain from a proposed reorientation of the constructed cabana.
