ZBA23-0013 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA23-0013 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Variance has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. ZBA23-0013, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 15.1 & 14.5(c) requiring a side yard setback of no less than fifteen (15) feet on a property described as Lot 14R, Block 3, Summer Place Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 317 Dove Creek Trail, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
