tVYMBAS, under date of January 30, 1958, Mayor A, Gail
Eubanks, dispatched a comnmunicntion to the U. S. Army Engineer's
office at Fort Worth, Texas, sane being a letter of intent on
behalf of the Town of Southlake. Texas, to the effect that
Raid municipality was desirous of entering into negotiations
of leasing an area on the shore of the Grapevine Rasorvoir,

THAT, the action taken by the Heyor as eforestated be
and is hereby ratified and approrod in all respeots and that
the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to procedd to negotiate
with the Corp of U. 8, Engineers to secure a lease nf the said
area, or any other area that cony be available with full authority
to appoint s Mayor's Committee to assist him in such regard.
