Dear Property Owner:
A request for a Variance has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of
Southlake.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Variance to Zoning Ordinance
No. 480, as amended, Section 11.5(b), requiring that a front yard be not less than
forty (40) feet, on property described as Lot 6, William Martin 1068 Addition, an addition to
the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 1829 Our Lane, Southlake,
Tarrant County, Texas..
Current Zoning: “SF-1A” Single Family Residential District
The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Variance to Zoning Ordinance No.
480, as amended, Section 11.5(b), to allow a front yard setback of 20’ when 40’ is
required per referenced code and the plat of record.
If you wish to register your views on the matter, you may complete and send the enclosed
Notification Response Form to the Planning & Development Services Department. You
are encouraged to follow the requested action through final approval because
changes are often made during the review process.

Variance.
