REGULAR AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER. The Alliance for Community Engagement Chair Kristine Kemp
called the meeting to order at 6:00pm.
2. REVIEW AND DISCUSS IMPROVEMENTS TO SPIN PROGRAM
Chair Kristine Kemp and Assistant to the City Manager Major Youngblood
presented Item 2 and answered questions from the board. Board members viewed
a portion of the December 13, 2022 SPIN meeting and made recommendations.
3. CONSIDER
3A. APPROVE MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER 14, 2022, REGULAR ALLIANCE
FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MEETING
Kristine Kemp presented Item 3A, and there were no questions from the board.
A motion was made to approve minutes from the November 14, 2022, regular
Alliance for Community Engagement meeting.
