ORDINANCE NO. 36
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING COUNTY ROADS NO. 3119
3021 and 3099, to TOWN OF SOU'rdLAKE, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS.
1.
THAT, County Roads No. 3099 and 3119 situated in Tarrant
County, Texas as herein described tme and is hereby annexed to
the Town of Southlake, Texas:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northern right of way
J line of County Road No. 3099, in the East Boundary
Line of the P. J. Hyde Survey in Tarrant County, Texas;
J THENCE, East along the North right of way line of Road
No. 3099 to the West right of way line of County Road
No. 3021;
THENCE, North along the West right of way line of County
Road No. 3021 to a point, same being the Southern City
Limit Line of Southlake, Texas, at such point;
THENCE, crossing County Road No. 3021 to the East right
of way line thereof;
THENCE, South along the East right of way line of the
said County Road No. 3021 to the North right of way line
of County Road No. 3099;
THENCE, East along the North right of way line of County
Road No. 3099 to a point where said road merges with
County Road No. 3119;
THENCE, North along the West right of way line of County
Road No. 3119 to a point in the North right of way line
of County Road No. 3099, where same bears East and Northeast;
THENCE, along the said North right of way line of County
Road No. 3099 to a point where said road meets the Southern
City Limits of the Town of Southlake, Texas, in the T.
Easter Survey;
THENCE, East across the South right of way line of said
Road No. 3099 in the said T. Easter Survey to the East
right of way line thereof;
THENCE, in a Southwesterly and Westerly direction
along the South right of way line of County Road
No, 3099 to a Point where same intersects and merges
with the East right of way line of County Road No.
3119;
THENCE, South along the East right of way line of
County Road No. 3119 to the South right of way line of
County Road No. 3099, where same bears. West;
THENCE, West along the South right of way line of County
Road No, 3099 to a point where same intersects the
East Line of the W. E. Crook Survey;
THENCE, North crossing said County Road No. 3099 to the
North right of way thereof, the place of beginning,
as shown on plat attached hereto marked EXHIBIT "A".
BE and is hereby annexed and brought within the corporate
limits and made an integral part of the Town of Southlake, Texas,
and that the official map and the boundaries: of the Town of
Southlake, Texas, as heretofore adopted and amended, be amended
so as to include the aforementioned roads as part of the said
Town.
THAT, this ordinance shall become effective from and after
its passage and approval by the Mayor, duly attested by the Town
Secretary and filed for record in the office of the County Clerk
of Tarrant County, Texas.
